Patients are assessed carefully, findings are explained in clear language, and recommendations are communicated back to the GP with the patient's consent.
Dr Cassar holds a DPhil from the University of Oxford, is accredited in echocardiography, cardiac CT and cardiac MRI, and has over 50 peer-reviewed publications. He is a BSE examiner and a member of the BSCI Executive Committee.
Expertise across echocardiography, cardiac CT and cardiac MRI helps inform which test is appropriate and how its results should be interpreted.
